The maid service was great! My room was always very clean for the few weeks I stayed at the Knights Inn. It was nothing like getting off from work walking into a freshly cleaned room. They also had a nice BBQ area, that I took advantage of often. The pool was also something I spent time enjoying at the Knights Inn.

I always do the single king bed.. Ive stayed in alot of hotels/motels. And the This property has some comfortable beds.

We book thru a booking for the room for 2 nights but paid when we got there. The room had roaches and bed bugs. We didn't need the second night anyway. When we tried to meet with the manager the next morning we were told she would be in after 8. We went back then we were told it would be after 10.

Nothing, it was disgusting, dirty, unsafe, infested with roaches, smelled wet/humidity/moldy.... Never again will I rent a room there, worse part that the room was rented for my parents, they were traveling, had a minor emergency and had to stop here in san antonio, I had to rent a room for them at a diffrent hotel close by...very bad experience here!!!!

They beds were worn out. The bed comforter was dirty. The TV is a 12 inch for double bed the sheets had cigarette burns. There was dust everywhere. The air conditioner was a window unit that didn't work. It looks great on the outside side. And it's in a great location. But the room is a total night mare.
